Groundbreaking Ceremony – A Milestone of Hope


On June 23, 2025, Legacy Design Homes proudly hosted the official groundbreaking ceremony for our Building Hope with Legacy home in Emerson Crossing. It was a memorable day filled with excitement, gratitude, and a united vision to create something truly meaningful.

This home represents more than just new construction — it’s a project built on purpose. 100% of the proceeds from its sale will be donated to CASA of Miami County, supporting their mission to advocate for abused and neglected children in our community.

We were honored to be joined by CASA board members, local leaders, and friends from the community as we broke ground on a home that will help build brighter futures.
